... and movement, invites you to join her on the wooded banks of the Hyere in the natural area of the "Jardin Solidaire" for a nature and well-being in movement session lasting around 60 minutes. A light snack will round off the session.

This session is for people who want to do something good for themselves by moving their body, using their voice and connecting with nature. Ideal for nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts and those curious about the possibilites of movement and expression.

Contact with the elements and nature is an integral part of the workshop. The session will take place outdoors whathever the weather conditions, as long as they are not dangerous. Please dress accordingly (Boots, rain coats, etc.)
